It is only cooking course.This all-you-can-drink option is available only to those who reserve a set course meal.This course features an abundance of ingredients from the mountains and sea of Ishikawa Prefecture! We are very particular about all the meats and vegetables we use, and we select the ingredients accordingly each day.We will be serving seasonal ingredients, so please enjoy them.
